Dharmendra Kumar has spent his life paving his own way to move through a world that does not always communicate in his language. Deaf since birth, he left Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh to build a life and career in Gurugram, Haryana. At Flipkart, he found more than a job. He found confidence, routine, friends and the freedom to work toward his dreams. His story is one of quiet determination and of what becomes possible when inclusion gives someone the chance to move forward on their own terms.
