“We face many hardships at the Kashmir Hub. But neither mountainous tracts nor icy roads can break our spirit and we strive to make our customers’ lives easier. We deliver around 1,800 shipments daily. Our Wishmasters deliver packages on foot, on boats, and on bikes,” explains Gulzar.

Iqbal Rather, Flipkart Wishmaster, Srinagar, says, “Kashmir is the only place in our country where we also deliver packages via boats. Shopkeepers in floating markets, houseboat owners, and tourists at Dal Lake – all of them order from Flipkart.”
