In July 2018, WiRED, Flipkart’s flagship campus event for B-schools in India, returned for its second edition. A business case challenge, this year’s competition saw students from all over the country take their shot at increasing online user engagement. Over 1,000 teams from 11 of India’s premium Business Schools put on their thinking hats and submitted over 615 ideas with the potential to decipher this dilemma. Forty nine days into the challenge, and after multiple rounds of evaluation by the WiRED panel members, 9 teams traveled to the Flipkart Headquarters in Bengaluru to showcase their solution to the grand jury.
