  • On certain product categories

How to initiate a refund

Initiating a refund on Flipkart is simple and hassle-free. You can start by:

  1. Logging in to your Flipkart account and going to the ‘Orders’ tab.
  2. Click on the ‘Return’ button to generate a return request.
  3. Select your reason for return and choose one of the following options:
    • Exchange: You will get an exchange on your product as per your preferences (size, color, material).
    • Return: You will get an identical product to replace your damaged product.
