From Virtual Teams to Real-World Impact
For Yogesh, building ROARX is more than personal gain – it’s about creating impact. “In gaming, your team’s success is your success. In business, it’s the same with your employees,” he says.
His manufacturing unit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, employs 300-400 workers, creating significant local employment opportunities. Shifting manufacturing to India was a pivotal decision driven by a desire to improve quality control, create opportunity, and reduce dependency on imports. “Earlier, importing was a hassle,” he notes. “Now, I can visit the factory and resolve issues immediately.”
Plans are underway to establish a new facility in UP’s Etawah, his hometown, to support the local economy further. “It’s about giving back,” Yogesh says, reflecting his commitment to community impact.
Yogesh is also focused on sustainability. By keeping production local, he reduces dependency on imports and shortens the supply chain. “I’m committed to building something long-lasting,” he explains.
