Fans of Harry Potter couldn’t have asked for a better start to the month. On July 31, the day of the release of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, not one of them would have expected to receive the book on the very day of the launch. Flipkart and Ekart, however, pulled out all the stops and worked their magic. Over 65% of customers in Indian metros received their pre-ordered copies of the book on Day 0! Curious fact? It was a Sunday, usually an off-day for most last-mile delivery service providers.
